§ 1. General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store operating at the domain [Your Website URL], including the rules for purchasing collectible cards and related products.
2. The Seller and the entity providing the service is Jakub Ciesielski, located at Głogowska 38, 60-736 Poznań, Poland, VAT ID: PL7791971607, registered in the commercial register of Poland.

4. These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the Store’s website in a manner that allows them to be acquired, reproduced, and stored.
5. The Buyer must accept these Terms and Conditions during the checkout process.

§ 2. Definitions

1. Buyer / Consumer: Any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft, or profession.
2. Goods: Collectible cards, trading card games (TCG), booster packs, and accessories offered for sale in the Store.
3. Seller: The entity defined in § 1 point 2.
4. Store: The online store available at fourtensophia.com.

§ 3. Orders and Payment

1. Orders are placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the Store’s ordering system.
2. All prices are stated in [e.g., EUR / PLN] and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
3. The Store accepts the following payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal.
4. The sales contract is concluded upon receipt of an Order Confirmation email sent by the Seller.

§ 4. Delivery and Shipping Costs

1. Orders are shipped to the following EU countries: Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, France, Belgium, Portugal and Luxembourg.
2. Delivery is carried out via InPost International Out-of-Home delivery (InPost Parcel lockers/ Pick-up points).
3. The shipping cost is fixed and amounts to 7 EUR / 30 PLN per order.
4. The Seller is responsible for the Goods until they are delivered to the Consumer or a third party indicated by the Consumer.

§ 5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

1. Pursuant to EU Consumer Rights Directive, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Buyer (or a third party indicated by the Buyer) acquires physical possession of the Goods.
3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).

5. Return Shipping and Logistics: The Buyer shall send back the Goods no later than 14 days from the day on which they communicate their withdrawal. The Buyer is free to choose any shipping carrier to return the goods to the Seller’s address in Poland. To facilitate and simplify the process, returns can also be made via international parcel lockers/pick-up points (such as InPost) directly to the Seller’s address in Poland, if available in the Buyer’s region.
6. Return Shipping Costs: The direct cost of returning the Goods back to the Seller in Poland shall be borne exclusively and entirely by the Buyer. The Seller does not refund or cover the cost of return shipping.
7. Refund Policy: Upon a valid withdrawal, the Seller will reimburse the payment received for the Goods, including the initial delivery cost paid by the Buyer during checkout (7 EUR / 30 PLN). The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller is informed of the decision to withdraw, provided that the Goods have been received back or the Buyer supplies proof of having sent them back.

§ 6. Statutory Guarantee and Complaints

1. The Seller is liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity of the goods that exists at the time of delivery for a period of 2 years (Statutory Guarantee), unless the local law of the Consumer’s country dictates otherwise.
2. If the Goods are defective, the Buyer may request a repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation of the contract.
3. Complaints should be sent electronically to contact@fourtensophia.com or in writing to the Seller’s address.
4. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

§ 7. Privacy and Personal Data

1. Personal data provided by the Buyer is processed by the Seller in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
2. Detailed information on data processing and cookies is contained in the Privacy Policy, available on the Store’s website.

§ 8. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

1. Consumers residing in the EU have the possibility to use the online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) provided by the European Commission, available at European ODR Platform.
2. The Seller agrees to use out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms to resolve consumer disputes.

§ 9. Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of Poland, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the Buyer’s country of residence.
2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The amended terms will apply to orders placed after the date of the amendment.
